Exhibitions and conferences Exhibitions Exhibitions are costly and time consuming to stage, so it's important you attract as many people as possible of the right calibre to your stand. Lively images and sound will cause visitors to stop and take notice - giving you a chance to talk to them. Even a simple Powerpoint presentation set to music and displayed on a large screen will have more impact than posters and leaflets and is not expensive to produce. A video or DVD promoting your company, products or services will have even greater impact. DVD has the advantage over video in the exhibition environment as it will play continuously and not need rewinding. If you are planning on having a stand designed and built for you, why not include an interactive A/V element which will attract even more attention? It is perfectly possible to create a reliable and eyecatching display which will be the talk of the exhibition. Speak to us about some of the stands we have been involved with.
Conferences A conference is a one-off occasion. Key people gather together to disseminate and discuss key issues, so why not get us to film it? The advantage is that you have a complete record of the occasion which can be passed on in full or part to other interested parties, and, if the topics are of wide interest - at a profit! Of course, you could Film it yourself and get us to tidy it up at the edit suite. A word of warning though; getting good quality sound recordings from domestic camcorders is a problem at events like these. What about some corporate imagery to play at the start of the conference and during coffee breaks, or some visual stings to introduce each speaker or topic? Tell us what you want and we'll help you to achieve it.
