ANCHOR HOUSING ASSOCIATION Video annual report. CIRCLE 33 1. Promotion of the ‘Move-On’ scheme. This was produced with the aid of an Innovation & Good Practice grant. 2. Video to promote HIAs to local users. EALING FAMILY HOUSING ASSOCIATION An Accelerated Building project aimed at LAs. This was produced with the aid of an Innovation & Good Practice grant. GUINNESS TRUST Project was to introduce council tenants to their new RSL landlords. HANOVER HOUSING 1. Housing with Extra Care. Used to develop new partnerships with LAs and SS depts. 2. Care and Repair. Video to develop new LA partnerships. 3. ‘On Call’. To promote the central On Call service to other RSLs and Housing Depts. 4. Video introductions to housing conference topics. 5. Extra Care Housing. A programme to promote the concept to new residents and their relatives. HOUSING 21 A Health & Safety package. Over 1000 copies sold to other RSLs. KENSINGTON & CHELSEA TMO 1. Information for tenants and leaseholders on Carnival. 2. Tenant & Leaseholder information on TMO services. METROPOLITAN HOUSING TRUST An exhibition video for tenants of a regeneration scheme in Brixton. NETWORK HOUSING GROUP A visual presentation for the launch of the Group PEABODY TRUST ‘Super Caretakers’. This programme has to date been sold to around 350 RSLs. ST PANCRAS HOUSING ASSOCIATION A programme to develop more commercial partners. TPAS The development of a ‘video box’ for recording personal opinions on housing issues at a housing conference. UNITED HOUSE A series of programmes to inform the tenants and leaseholders of properties in Islington of the scope of works to be carried out on their homes. US NAVY Information for service personnel leasing property in London.
